Shipping and Return Policy


All items are shipped via USPS unless otherwise stated.  Once the order has been received, we aim to ship the items within two business days (weekend orders will go out on Monday).

Once an order is scanned and delivered to the destination as indicated on the order, the responsibility of the purchased goods are passed onto the customer. 


If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to exchange your item(s) or issue store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it in the original packaging. Items must be returned within 14 calendar days of receiving, with receipt/proof of purchase in order to receive store credit. Customers will be responsible for shipping on item(s) returned to Crown and Clover. Any claims for damaged order(s) or missing item(s) must be made within 2 days of customer receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition. Before returning a package, please contact Crown and Clover for return authorization. Any defective items ONLY are eligible for a complete refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate store credit.  If you are returning defective items, a refund to your credit card or original method of payment will be issued. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
